Col. L.V. Raju (Retd.) 61, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering & Information Technologies from NITIE, Bombay, PG Diploma from College of Military Engineering, Pune, PG Diploma in Military Science from Defense Service Staff College, Ooty, Tamil Nadu and BE in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He joined as Managing Director in Kernex on August 25, 1994. During his tenure, the Company has diversified into Research & Development of new technologies and products and was instrumental in company's development of anti-collision devices for use in Railways. His main area of interest is railway safety and signal systems.

Mr. B. Murali Mohan
Director Technical
Mr. Murali Mohan Bandaru has over 33 Years of experience in managing, designing, developing several hardware and software products. He has a BE degree in Electronics and Communications and he is FIRST Rank holder in BE Electronics from Andhra University. At Kernex, he is responsible to oversee the development of Anti Collision Device (ACD), Auto Driving Devices & Control Systems (ADD) for Sky Bus Metro Mass Transit Systems. Before joining Kernex in 1999, he worked at Electronics Corporation of India Ltd (ECIL) for about 28 Years at different levels.

Lt. Col. M. Vijay Kumar (Retd.)
Vice-President - International Marketing
Lt. Col M Vijay Kumar,(Retd) has Master's Degree in Science with specialization in Electronics. He has over 33years of experience in Indian Army in radio communications and was also associated with STPI as Technical member and Director. He has joined KMIL as Vice President - International Marketing in February, 2006 and is responsible for obtaining orders for ACD and Allied Products in India and Abroad.

Mr. Murali Lakamraju
Vice President - Validation of Systems
Mr. Murali has a MS degree in Engineering from USA and is responsible for marketing and validating products manufactured by Kernex to suit Indian and International requirements. He has about 5 years experience in USA and another 5 years experience in India in design, development and validation of S/W products.

Mr.J.R.K. Narasimham
General Manager - R&D (ACD)
Mr.J R K Narasimham has Master's degree in Science with specialization in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani. He has over 31 years of experience in ECIL, BHEL and was instrumental in a number of R&D activities in these organizations. He joined KMIL in March, 2006 as General Manager-R&D and is responsible for R&D activities related to ACD and Connected Accessories.

Mr. Joseph Chakravarthi
Sr. Manager - Software Services
Mr. Chakravarthi has a Masters degree in Computer Science and has more than nine years of experience in managing, designing and developing software products. At Kernex, he is responsible for Design and Development of ACD Software. His responsibilities include: requirement finalization, design, development, Unit testing and handover to validation. He worked at ‘Cisco Systems', USA , and ‘Open Management Software, Inc, USA in different positions.

Mr.Y. Krishna Murthy
Manager - Software Design Services
Is an M.Sc in Mathematics and M.Phil in Computer Science. He has been at Kernex for over 2 years and working on Advanced Railway Signal Systems and also on Software, Design, Testing and Validation. He worked for over 18 years in Electronics Corporation of India Ltd in Data Acquisition, Simulation and Control System and executed over 12 projects successfully. He had a stint of two years in the US as Consultant in ERP and Web based technologies.

Mr.Mastan Rao Inagamti
Sr. Manager - Testing & Validation
Has B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He joined Kernex in 2004. At Kernex, he is responsible for all Hardware related training activities for the employees both for production and project divisions as well as Testing and validation. He has over 25 years experience and got exposure in Testing, design and development of Electronic Systems. He was lead assessor for ISO 9000 quality systems and Quality Co-coordinator of Electronics and Instrumentation Department of Tata steel.

Mr.Susheel Kumar Valluru
Sr. Manager - Production
Has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications. He has been at Kernex for over 2 years and is responsible for production planning, shop floor assembly, and coordination with dispatches of products. Before joining he worked at WEP Peripherals Ltd., Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co Ltd., and Suchitra Electronics and has over 15 years of experience in Production, Planning, and Control in various Managerial and Engineering positions.

Mr. M. Sanjeeva Reddy
Sr. Project Manager - Civil Construction
Mr.M Sanjeeva Reddy has B.E degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University. He has over 19years of experience in construction works. He has joined KMIL in April,2006 as Senior Project Manager - Civil Construction and is responsible for construction work at KMIL premises at Hardware Park, Kancha Imarat and new projects in pipeline .

Mr. Haranath Prasad B.
Manager - Accounts
Has M.Com degree with over 26 years experience in accounting - both financial and costing, Sales tax matters, Budgetary controls and MIS related areas. His responsibilities at Kernex include maintenance of accounts, auditing, project finance, working capital and funds management, and taxation related matters.

Mr. Partho Benerjee
Project Manager - Maintenance & Support
Mr.Partho Banerjee has AMIE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Institution of Engineers. He has over 11years of experience as customer support engineer. He has joined KMIL as Assistant Project Manager in April,2003 and subsequently promoted as Project Manager Maintenance Support in April,2006. He is responsible for Installation and Commissioning and Maintenance of networked ACD systems in field.
